The Gnomish Yellow Pages will monitor all chat traffic to identify people advertising trade skills. As trade skill ads are identified, they are recorded and stored for later retrieval.
type: /gyp
to bring up a window with all information in an easy to read table.
strangers names appear in white
guildmates are displayed in green
friends are displayed in yellow
anybody in your local zone is shown in cyan
all offline players are red
the row of trade skill buttons will access the entire database of trade recipes so you can search for whatever recipe you wish. click to open whatever trade skill browser you use.
when browsing a trade skill, selecting a recipe will cause gyp to update the trade link color to light blue if that recipe is contained in that link. also any searches in the trade skill browser will be reflected in the gyp link color -- links that contain none of the recipes returned by the search will be dark yellow; normal yellow links indicate that at least one of the recipes in the browser window matches the trade link.

theiven Jan 27, 2011 at 21:11 UTC - 0 likesO wo is me. This is one of my most used and loved addons. Yet since catt 4.0.3 it is completely broken for me. I read the post about gnomeworks taking all your time .......but ....but. Skillet already does what it does. No one else has anything like this to take its place. Not to be dramatic or anything. But without this we are all DOOMED .....DOOMED I tell you. The very foundation of azeroth will crumble ...... fer real. Noobs will enharet the realm. All toons and classes will be nurfed to pre BC leavels. All mobs will become elite. there will be horde in the streets of IF....... o wait there are always horde in IF NVM....... you get my point. WoW will just never be the same

lilsparky Jul 27, 2010 at 15:23 UTC - 0 likesit's an unfortunate side effect of a change in libWho from a few months back.
libWho is bundled in a bunch of mods (WIM is a popular one). you can disable the stranger location update in the options pane to disable the automated /who calls. at some point, i need to switch to using libWho i guess.

Senty Jul 27, 2010 at 03:31 UTC - 0 likesI got a problem, with GYP activated it keeps opening a /who list every few seconds.
What am I doing wrong?
