Gemcount LDB Small

LDB data feed counting gems in all equipped items for the three colors red, blue and yellow and show the state of the meta gem.

This addon is inspired by GemWatchFu and we used the code for counting the gems. The main difference is, that we have a working LDB data feed which can be interacted with.
