What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

I really like this mod, but what would make it ideal for me personally is some indication of when the GCD will be up. Take the "spark" mechanic in cast bar mods like Quartz. The GCD bar has a clear start and finish, and following the spark, it's easy to anticipate the GCD's end, and prepare to cast quickly. With your mouse icon, you can really only tell, with any certainty, when the GCD has started, and when it's already up. I would like to see some kind of visual countdown, or something like the clockwise shading over your hotkeys that the default GCD does.
