24 - Retain old settings

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

When upgrading GCD the settings I had seemed to be thrown away completely. It's not terribly much work, although it becomes more and more with GCD growing, but has to be done on all characters and for each upgrade. It would be nice if GCD could retain the settings that were already there, porting them to new settings and/or adding defaults to them as needed.

    I already added an internal version number to the settings with the last big update in order to do just what you mentioned for future builds.
