GatherMate2

GatherMate2 is an addon to collect and track herbs, mines, fishing pools, gas clouds, archaelogy finds and treasures, and displays them on the world map and the mini map.

GatherMate will remember the location of every herb you pick or every ore you mine, so that you can easily find the positions of the herbs and mines again. Once you come into range of a recorded spot, GatherMate will show an icon representing the type of herb/ore/fish/etc. on your mini map, directly allowing you to decide if its worth checking out. Additionally, all spots are shown on the World Map, to ease navigation to certain types of nodes and making gathering more fun.

To give you a head start, GatherMate2 also offers a pre-filled data module, so you don't need to discover all herbs and mines yourself, but instead can just start gathering right away. Simply install GatherMate2_Data and hit a few buttons to import all the provided data, and you're good to go.

Usage

Using GatherMate2 is straight-forward.
After the installation, GatherMate2 is automatically active and collecting data.

You can configure which data should be shown on the World Map or MiniMap in the Configuration Dialog, which can be accessed either via the /gathermate slash command or be found in the Interface options in the WoW Menu.

Two questions:
1. When importing data for fish, for the entirety of MoP, not many icons have appeared on either the world or mini maps. All my settings are the same as other types of nodes. Those other types work as intended. I am comparing what I see with what is known on Wowhead or WowDB. Most of the fish nodes I have discovered myself.
2. Since patch 5.3 or 5.4 there have been no fish in Vale of Eternal Blossoms, yet the data still has them. Having just checked in 6.0.3 the ability to select a zone for data removal is blank. The drop down exists, but there is nothing populating it.

Hi Kagaro & Xinhuan

I have updated the gathermate2 and Routes to the lasted version. However, the Routes is still not working. It cannot find the data of gathermate2 and I have install the data.

Could you please help to fix the problem.

Same thing here. I'm unable to import data from Gathermate 2 Data. This pretty much make the addon useless to me. Can any info or a fix be expected soon?

I am also having problems importing gathermate2 data it is all greyed out. I checked the maintenance tab to make sure I had not locked anything and all was unchecked. PLZ Fix I also would appreciate it also as I cant get routes to work without any nodes showing up.

Exactly the same thing for me. The import Tab is almost completely blank except the two greyed out lines that say "GatherMate Konvertierung" and "GatherMate2Data". GatherMate2Data is installed correctly. Would really appreciate a fix.

Bei mir genau das gleiche. Der Import-Tab ist quasi leer, abgesehen von den beiden ausgegrauten Import-Optionen. GatherMate2Data ist korrekt installiert. Wäre wirklich dankbar für einen Fix.

Hey I can´t import. It is grayed and i can´t choose or click something.

Hey, Ich kann nichts importieren, die Felder sind grau und niocht anklick bar. Würde mich über eine Antwort freuen.

I'm updating GatherMate2 for WoD now, and first will be the real professions, and I'll see about timber after, but I guess it should be possible.
