it isn't counting my goblin's money with my other characters because it has it as alliance, however it's horde

    I think you're going to have to provide a screenshot, MoneyFu has never split characters up by faction. All characters on the same realm should be listed in the game list. The only time this wouldn't be true would be if the characters were on different WoW accounts, since each account has it's own SavedVariables.
