7 - Include the FuBar stub in FuBar2Broker

Imo you should just include my FuBar stub dummy in FuBar2Broker with a "move:" directive in .pkgmeta.  If someone installs FuBar2Broker, they'll want this.

    Submit a patch or updated .pkgmeta or feel free to check in the suggested change. I'm afraid I'd screw it up :p Also, I'm not sure how, say, the Curse Client would handle having a folder named FuBar appear in your addons folder.
