1 - Locking a panel does not prevent right-click to open config
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a panel.
2. Lock the panel.
3. Right-click the panel.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would much prefer that a locked panel not respond to any mouse clicks. Plugins of course should respond as normal.
What version of the product are you using?
FuBar r65601 from wowace.
Do you have an error log of what happened?

Cayle Fri, 27 Mar 2009 20:14:25I would like to see this also. I've had issues in the middle of a boss fight where the config panel has opened. Not good when I'm main-tanking a boss. ;)
