59 - option for modifier key for showing tooltips

I was wondering if you could add an option to make the tooltip only show on mouseover if I'm holding down a modifier key..

the reason I want this is sometimes I accidentally mouseover my blocks when I'm trying to click on something else and the tooltip pops up obscuring what I am trying to click on...I don't want to disable the tooltip entirely, I just want it to pop up only when I want it to and not when I accidentally mouse over the blocks...
