+ after some time of playing with addons narrowed my problem to....
- What steps will reproduce the problem?
- 1. shift-click to move HUD locks the HUD to mouse and wont release and making mouse curser useless

+ -when i Ctrl-*click* hud to move and release Ctrl BEFORE *unclick* hud locks to mouse makeing mouse useless(untill relog)...not a big problem but anoying

- still locks on after re-install and reset of defaults. have to force-close the game every time.

  It's actually control-click to move. I've tested by going into the FlightHUD config, unchecking "lock" in the general settings, and using control-click drag to move the frame and it perform as expected. Shift-click drag, while locked or unlocked, does nothing, as expected.

  Do you have any frame moving addons installed? That's all I can think of at the moment.
