13 - Blocking/intercepting TomTom's ctrl+rightclick to create waypoint keybind

Using v0.7.23 on enUS 3.1.1 live. I cannot ctrl+rightclick on the world map (using Mapster) to create TomTom r211 waypoints while FlightHUD is running. If I disable FlightHUD, TomTom r211 works fine.

    Very odd, since I just fixed a bug related to TomTom. Looking into it.
