10 - Unable to Click Through HUD

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Take flight (or whatever settings enable the HUD).
2. Attempt to interact with vendors, quest givers.
3. Dismount and try again.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see vendor cursor, or quest cursor, and interact with them as such.  In current build, cursor does not change unless I look away from mob and try again (so that the mob is not covered by the HUD), dismount, or uncheck "flying" etc in options.

What version of the product are you using?
0.7.14

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No.

Please provide any additional information below.
Love the mod otherwise.
