What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a Fishing set in the wow equipment manager
2. use the equipment manager to swap sets

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Swapping in the fishing set (with a fishing pole) should trigger fishingace's sound muting and autoloot changes.  It does not.  If I equip the pole manually (or move the pole to my cursor and back) these features trigger.  Double right click casting and equipping bait seems to work fine.

It does not throw errors.

I normally use closetgnome to swap sets, but I've had it happen when I use the normal means of swapping sets as well.
