What steps will reproduce the problem?
The guild reward capes which are Battle.net Account Bound are not filtered by the Bound Status : Account Bound criteria.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
For example the Inherited Cape of the Black Baron falls in to my Cloth Armor category that follows my Account Bound category which is first in the category ordering. The Account Bound category has Bound Status : Account Bound as the only criteria.

On WowHead it states "Binds to Battle.net account" but the tooltip in game states "Battle.Net Account Bound." Just sharing that in case it is filtering on the text and not some internal status.
