Known issue:
 - Enchanting causes an action blocked message on its first invocation.  If ignored, mod works correctly for the rest of the session.  This is supposedly a bug and may be fixed in wow 3.0

Expeller:
 - Added support for Enchanting.
 - Will now attempt to find boe greens to de.
 - Currently bugged on live, generates an action blocked error.  This is possibly due to a bug in wow, to be fixed in patch 3.0, we'll see. It does seem to work correctly on the PTRs.

 - Added credits for Prospector by kergoth
 - Rewrote macro generation to work properly on characters without the correct professions.
 - Eliminated prior issue with macro by using SecureActionButton as suggested by Adirelle.
 - Added all bag scanning
 - Priority given to items with higher required skill level.
