16 - Everyquest - Libquixote error

I'm getting an error that seems to be coming from an embedded library .

The error

this error seems to fire every time I enter Dalaran , and what's more it seems to interact with Carbonite addon. I had a quest in Icecrown that when I finished it , Carbonite started spamming "quest Complete" about 3 times a second. I tried turning off addons randomly until I traced it to everyquest being the culprit .
Sorry , that's all the data I have on the error , the addon is behaving normally enough that it's not throwing an obvious error messages .

    EveryQuest version 2.3.6

    I've also been getting this error as of late, in fact just recently that I can remember. It seems to occur just once when I change zones, but afterward any quests that had being tracked by EveryQuest before and any that get after the error then do not show up as In Progress, Turned In, Completed, etc. I end up having to manually update the list if I remember to when I pick up or turn in a quest.

    Edit: I seem to be getting the same error when ever I hearth to Dalaran and when I take the portal to Shatrath as well. Afterward I get the following error when I turn in a quest:
