11 - More FIlter types

Currently, I am using the addon to show player and target buffs/debuffs under 1min.

What would be great is, if a new option was added to the filter types. Just like Pitbull lets the user "filter by class", all the buffs/debuffs that the player cannot cast or cure shouldn't show.
