What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- When I select a different channel in the "Custom chats" tab to see the chatlog from it, it sometimes shows an empty window and the error pops up. This does not happen for every channel for some reason, only for some. I've been unable to figure out what the trigger is but it only happens with Custom chats.

What version of the product are you using?
- 2.5.5-beta, I've had this error for quite a while through various versions.

Do you have an error log of what happened?
