1 - FubarPlugin not working

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Addon
2. Log into Warcraft
3. BugSack catching an Error, "Configure Options" not available

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

    Ah ofc I need to test the addon on its own without the help of other addons that might already have loaded the needed libraries.
