138 - Drain Soul -- small adjustment.
Very minor accuracy issue.
Drain Soul is being predicted at ~ 1513.3 per tick.
It's coming out 1211-1515 per tick, average 1432, out of a sample of 108 ticks on the dummy (at full, no x4 mult.).
At 2624 Spellpower.
Buffs/relevant talents: Shadow Mastery 5/5, Malediction 3/3, Grand Spellstone.
Also, I'm curious. In the heat of battle I really don't have time to check... does the tooltip properly adjust for number of affliction effects on the target (talent: Soul Siphon) and the target's being below 25% health?

Unlike Soul Siphon talent tooltip says, the maximum bonus seems to be capped to 4 affliction effects, not 3.
That has been fixed in the latest alpha.

Are you sure you aren't ignoring any procs that alter the damage on the fly? Soul Siphon, Haunt and Shadow Embrace for example change it and the tick to tick based estimates can change constantly. So the estimate is only going to be accurate until something changes, be it a debuff being applied, dropped off, etc.
Can you can elaborate on a specific situation when it's wrong or if it's wrong even without debuffs mentioned above?
