Briefly describe the problem: I chose the char I wanted to play and logged in and an error box popped up and the sphere didn't even appear as loaded up.

Additional comments:
I frequently log in on a char and have an error box pop up which I normally can just x out of and the sphere is loaded and I can go on and play after x-ing out of the error box, but this time the sphere won't even load.
