18 - Show Tooltips - Modifer Behavior
What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
Generally the behavior I'm looking for is for tooltips to display when out of combat or while the modifier key is held during combat. I would want the modifier to override the "Never" and "Out of Combat" settings for each of the 4 tooltip types and allow the tooltip to display.
I would suggest either a modification to the behavior of the existing "Only Show With Modifier" option or an entirely new option, perhaps named "Override With Modifier".
