10 - Tooltip hide after x seconds

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
An option to hide the tooltip after being shown x seconds would be much appreciated.

Please provide any additional information below.
Currently when I mouseover any unit and keep mouse on them, the tooltip never disappears, which in turn can get annoying sometimes.
