What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Join group or instance
2. Use cooldown or racial ability

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Cooldowns do appear and do countdown but the pulse effect appears throughout the cooldown and an error spams your screen, it's impossible to get rid of until the cooldown timer runs out (This is items and specific saved items/spells)

What version of the product are you using?
The latest version as of this bug report.

Do you have an error log of what happened?
Not that I'm aware of.. It just appears to be something along the lines of "? is a nil value" on line 162 or so.

This happens 100% on my death knight but not always on my paladin.
