ClosetGnome_Banker: Use Mikk's clone:
- Actually works if you level up after creating a set
- Handles full bags better
- Puts "Banker" in the dropdown menu
- Puts a "Flush & Get" in the banker dialog
- Various other little niggling bugfixes
