11 - Reinstate Keybindings

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
The single reason I used Closetgnome before it was revamped, was how light it was, combined with the ease of binding gear sets to keys with the closetgnome_keybindings (i believe) addon.  

Please provide any additional information below.
I really miss this ability.  As a warrior, I have two or 3 sets of weapons I have to switch through, and its a lot easier if i don't have to designate hotbar space to a macro for it.
