39 - Bloodlust from other shamans than self

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. You cast Bloodlust
2. Class Timer shows a bar for it if you have added Bloodlust
3. Another shaman casts Bloodlust
4. Class Timer shows nothing

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would like Class Timer to show a bar even if I'm not the caster.

What version of the product are you using?
r313

Please provide any additional information below.
Bloodlust is actually a buff that everyone gets, so it should be fairly simple to add? For Alliance characters, the same spell is called Heroism.
