32 - Unstable Affliction does not get timed since 3.1 patch

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Cast UA on any mob
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A timer bar should appear for the DoT, but nothing appears.  Other Lock DoTs appear to work fine.

What version of the product are you using?
r300

Do you have an error log of what happened?
no
