31 - Ghost bars
When managing a lot of debuffs the use of ghost bars can be very useful. Ghost bars are regular bars that stay on the target even after the debuff/buff is removed so you can easily notice which debuff needs to be applied. Configuration would need to include the ability to use ghost bars, a different color for ghost bars and the amount of time ghost bars should be visible.
