21 - Allow target-independent tracking
I'd like the possibility to see timers independently of my currently active target/focus.
For example a mage casts polymorph on one target, then switches to another and in the meanwhile there is a bar showing the remaining duration of polymorph. Or a warlock casting Haunt for example.
