What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Type /chocolatebar

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No errors, but I an encounter this error when I attempt to access the config using the slash command above.

What version of the product are you using?
v1.1 (also with r23)

Do you have an error log of what happened?
Yes, see below.

I do not encounter this error with v1.0.
