6 - Location Bar - More border control and needs anchoring to avoid offscreen

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
Location bar has options for border color and alpha but no control for texture or border width. Does not match mini-map frame after changing border texture on minimap.

Location bar could use anchoring or a scaling on name size increase to prevent areas with long names causing the bar from going off-screen if set near an edge such as default map position.

Please provide any additional information below.
Coordinates border would be nice if considered also.
