43 - Patch: Correct MinimapPing frame positioning when changing Blip Size

Changing the scale of the MinimapPing frame produces undesirable results. Adding the following line after setting the scale of the Minimap children resolves this issue and ensures that the MinimapPing frame is positioned properly when showing a ping.
