Chinchilla Minimap

33 - "Fade Out" Feature for Minimap Buttons

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
Would it be possible to add the option to have minimap buttons "fade out"?  (They'd only be visible upon mouseover.)

Please provide any additional information below.
