29 - Movable buttons not working properly.

When trying to use the movable buttons section there are a few problems.

1) When trying to use the coordinate drag bars they do not reach the far edges of the screen (I'm using resolution 1920x1200 if that matters).

2) When trying to drag the buttons themselves to move them they snap to the minimap and enable "Attatched to minimap".

3) Lock checkbox does not enable.

*UPDATE*
If you manually enter the coordinates underneath the drag bar you can move the buttons to where ever you would like.
