15 - Map Location Bug

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Input minimap vert position at 142
2. Input minimap vert position at 143
3. At 143+ it automatically subtracts 19 from the value

What version of the product are you using?
v 1.3.1

Please provide any additional information below.
Kinda irritating to try to have to position the map this way.

    Further testing:

    143+: subtracts 19
    -143+: adds 19

    Seems to scale the higher you go up, but don't have time atm to test at what ratio.

    Problem persists through r192.
