102 - Quest Log frame

- What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

An added option that would allow us to make the quest log spring up, rather than down when the expander button is clicked.

- Please provide any additional information below.
Some UIs that have the top right corner busy with other information (such as buff icons) need to relocate the Quest Log. Personally, I would like to put it on the bottom right of my screen and have it spring up. It would look much nicer.
