100 - Auto adjust / sense Bars

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Fresh install of CcMm
2. Had already Chocolate Bar - 2 bars
3. Login - minimap was under the bars

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
That bars are sensed, and ajusted for as standard.

What version of the product are you using?
v 2.3.1

Do you have an error log of what happened?

Please provide any additional information below.
I was a fan of FuBar, but changed to LDB - but FuBar, though on old Ace2, is being maintained and have still a huge amount of good plugins, and a few unique ones. Might want to sense that too. And others of course.
