Instead of disconnecting a player like the old days what excessive BNSendGameData does is disconnect the player from battle.net. Adding this in would seem logical considering how this addon works and how it's basically the standard for addon messages.
http://us.battle.net/wow/en/forum/topic/11437004031 explains it's usage and what the message lengths are. I'm unsure exactly what the throttling requirements are at this time for disconnect (whether messages/second or bytes/second).
