Description

I have turned off the "Enable" option in the "Borders/Background" Settings, but when I log out and back in, the borders show even though the box isn't checked.

Steps to Reproduce

1) Go to "Borders/Background" Settings
2) Highlight each channel and un-check the "Enable" box
3) Log out then back in
4) See the borders showing even though the box isn't checked
5) Checking then un-checking the box again hides them
6) Rinse and repeat
