34 - Background/Border module hides when not moused-over

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

I'd like to have an option to automatically hide the background and border of chat frames when I'm not mousing over a chat frame. I like having a darker background/border around the chat frame to increase readability of the chat but I don't like having the border/background shown perpetually. Would an auto-hide option be possible?
