18 - Recase player names on whisper
Typing a playername in lower case (/w bobthedruid) leaves the playername in the chat edit box heading in lower case (Tell bobthedruid:) rather than changing the edit box heading to a proper name style (Tell Bobthedruid:).
Requesting smart handling of this.
