12 - Summoning Stone Announce

No matter what I do I can't seem to get it to announce whom I'm summoning while using the summoning stone or warlock summoning stone. Is anyone esle having problems?

    I understand why it does not work and I cannot add it easily. I removed it in r75.

    As I can't get the summoning stone to work, I think I'll remove them.

    It seems the summoning pseudo-spells do not trigger the spell events. Not sure if I can handle it.
