Hunter: added Silencing Shot announce.
Paladin: added Divine Sacrifice announce.
Auras: added an option to announce only if player is both source and target to prevent spamming about raid-wide auras. (ticket #19)
Removed summoning stone announce as CY2 cannot catch it properly (ticket #12).
Fixed bug about ghost defaults (ticket #14)
Fixed missing miss and failure announces (ticket #21).
Added "test mode" option.
Updated locales.
TOC bump.
Do not embed LibDataBroker-1.1 anymore ; LDB launcher is now optional.

Refactored message formatting, the job is now done by output modules.
Added an option to use spell links instead of spell names in messages.
As suggested by Arzach, custom message templates can be prefixed to define output specific messages.
