76 - Swing bar options
What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
Would be great if the swing timer had a few options, like offset (at least on the y-axis) from the Player castbar as well as its own color. It's a quick tweak to change some stuff manually, but would be nice if there was a dedicated set of options for it.
