If you build a wg vehicle, the castbar is empty instead of something like "Building Catapult".

This is "working as intended" in 2.49 where it simply shows what the default castbar shows for normal casttime spells.
What is in the castbar if you are not running Castbars (i.e. in the default blizzard castbar)?
