15 - Breath bar

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
Show the Breath bar when under water without a buff the bread.
Or let the Blizz one appear.

    Sorry about that. Zidomo is right... but idk why, it wasnt showing before. Maby trashing my WTF folder after the patch solved it.

    I'm guessing he wants the "mirror" bar that appears when you are underwater, which this already provides.
