9 - Druid and Hunter not announcing spells

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. use it with a Druid
2. use it with a Hunter
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? I expected to see an announcement of the spells being cast. I saw no response, not even a blank Party Chat line.

What version of the product are you using? The most recent I can find.

Do you have an error log of what happened? Unfortunatly no. It didn't generate one.

Please provide any additional information below.
I tested these on Stormrage hoarde side, as those are my highest toons, and actually have the spells that use an announce. If anyone needs to get ahold of me in game for some reason, just remove the numbers from my username, and that's my Druid.
