You can see the questhelper button in the map window if you move the cursor over a zone but soon as you go to click on it it vanishes.
I was in stormwind and zoomed out to see zones around it and the QH button just vanishes

Is this a questhelper or cartograher problem? I'm unsure, but would be nice to be able to use both :)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install questhelper

Could not use questhelper on/off button or set settings on questhelper,
