What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open the map
2. right klik to place a note on the map

the map note box opens up and then has no way to place the note

What version of the product are you using?
Cartographer3-v0.11.1

As of tuesday 6/15/09 patch i get the following error when trying to place a note on the map :
